At 8:00 a.m. Pacific on March 4, screens began lighting up around the world.
A woman in Los Angeles adjusted her microphone. Another in London took a final sip of coffee. One in Australia logged in just before midnight. In living rooms, home offices, studios, and co-working spaces across continents, women prepared for something none of them had ever experienced before.
What followed over the next 12 hours wasn’t just another virtual summit.
It was history.
By the time the final speaker signed off, 207 women had taken the stage in a nonstop global broadcast, officially earning the Voices of Women Summit a world record for the Most Women Speaking at a Virtual Event in 12 Hours, certified by RecordSetter.com.
But the story behind the record has far less to do with numbers—and everything to do with visibility.
For summit founder Kimberly Crowe, the idea was born from a belief she has carried throughout her career: that too many brilliant women are still waiting to be invited into rooms they were always meant to lead.
“This wasn’t about speed or logistics,” Crowe said. “This was about proving that women’s voices don’t need permission. The talent is already here. The wisdom is already here. What’s been missing is the stage.”
So she built one.
And not a small one.
The Voices of Women Summit became a digital gathering unlike anything seen before—207 speakers, one after another, each stepping into a dedicated spotlight to share stories, strategies, breakthroughs, and hard-earned lessons. Some spoke about business and leadership. Others shared personal journeys of resilience, reinvention, health, motherhood, purpose, and impact.
The pace was relentless. The energy was electric.
Behind the scenes, a synchronized production team worked around the clock to keep the broadcast moving seamlessly. Speakers logged in from around the globe, each bringing their own perspective, personality, and purpose to the stage.
Among them were powerhouse voices from across industries, including Angel Tuccy, Be Johnson, Debra C. Burton, Jennifer Takagi, Kelly Hetherington, Lisa Duchame, Manette Antill, Michele Heffron, Michelle Abraham, Orly Amor, Uma Bambroo, and many more.
But perhaps what made the event most powerful wasn’t who spoke.
It was what happened when they did.
For many participants, the summit became more than a speaking opportunity. It became a personal breakthrough. Some were stepping onto an international stage for the first time. Others used the moment to expand their authority, grow their audiences, strengthen partnerships, and finally claim a level of visibility they had been working toward for years.
What started as an International Women’s Day celebration quickly evolved into something much bigger—a movement.
One speaker after another, the message became clear:
Women are no longer waiting for seats at the table.
They’re building the stage.
And if the 2026 summit was any indication, they’re just getting started.
With the record now officially in place, Crowe and her team are already preparing for what comes next. The 2027 Voices of Women Summit is scheduled for March 8, with a bold new goal: more than 300 women sharing their voices in a single event.
For Crowe, breaking the record was never the finish line.
It was proof of concept.
“When women rise, we all rise,” she said. “This record isn’t about what we accomplished in one day. It’s about what becomes possible when women stop shrinking, stop waiting, and start showing up fully.”
And on that March morning, 207 women did exactly that.
The world noticed.
