  • GrantSkyNet Launches AI-Driven Platform to Automate Grant Discovery and Writing

WASHINGTON, D.C. –  Peter Van Schaack, entrepreneur and author of Buoyancy, not Perfection, today announced the official launch of GrantSkyNet, an AI-first software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to transform the grant-seeking process. By utilizing advanced artificial intelligence, the platform reduces the timeline for finding, matching, and drafting grant proposals from several days to just minutes.

The platform was born out of Van Schaack’s personal frustration with the traditional grant process. While seeking funding for his own ventures, he found the manual task of vetting dozens of potential grants for alignment to be inefficient and laborious. Leveraging his background as the head of Liquid CRM Solutions, Van Schaack developed GrantSkyNet to bridge the gap between complex grant databases and the specific needs of organizations.

“This has become a passion project where I can help nonprofits find and win more grants at an affordable price,” said Peter Van Schaack, Founder of GrantSkyNet. “We’ve taken an otherwise daunting task and solved it effectively with AI. Our goal is to surface the best opportunities quickly and accurately, allowing organizations to focus on their missions rather than paperwork.”

GrantSkyNet streamlines the application journey through a simplified user experience. Users can build a comprehensive quality profile by entering their website URL and uploading core organizational documents, such as mission statements, vision, and goals. Within 60 seconds, the AI matches the organization against thousands of opportunities sourced from databases like grants.gov.

Key features of the platform include:

    • Quality Score Matching: High-speed analysis of how well a grant aligns with an organization’s profile.
    • Visual Gap Analysis: A diagnostic tool that identifies missing information or misalignments in a user’s profile to improve matching accuracy.
    • Automated Grant Writing: AI-assisted drafting of grant applications based on the user’s specific organizational data.
    • Consultant Dashboard: A dedicated interface for grant writers and consultants to manage and monitor multiple client accounts from a single location.

GrantSkyNet is available for $37 per month with no long-term contract. The company is currently offering a seven-day free trial for new users.

For more information on GrantSkyNet or to start a trial, visit www.grantskynet.com

  • Leadership Expert Dr. Kevin Mays Releases New Book “Lead Yourself First, The High Achiever’s Guide to Upgrade Your Leadership”

Leadership Expert Dr. Kevin Mays Releases New Book “Lead Yourself First, The High Achiever’s Guide to Upgrade Your Leadership”

“Lead Yourself First” Introduces the ‘Internal OS’ Framework, Tackling Executive Burnout and Leadership Stagnation by Redefining Self-Mastery for Today’s Leaders.

Rockford, MI-  As executive burnout reaches record levels, leadership turnover continues to surge, and bad leadership becomes the model for corporate America, leadership expert and executive coach Dr. Kevin Mays says the problem isn’t a lack of leadership strategies; it’s the leader’s internal operating system. In his new book, Lead Yourself First: The High Achiever’s Guide to Upgrade Your Leadership, Mays introduces a framework designed to help high-performing professionals rebuild their internal foundation for clarity, resilience, and sustainable leadership.

While traditional leadership training focuses on external influence and team optics, Dr. Mays utilizes his decades of clinical and coaching experience to pivot the conversation inward. He suggests that the primary cause of leadership failure is not a lack of business acumen, but an unexamined internal framework of limiting beliefs and emotional reactivity.

“We have spent decades teaching people how to manage others, yet we’ve neglected the person doing the managing,” says Dr. Mays. “In high-pressure environments, a leader’s internal state is contagious. If your internal operating system is outdated, your team will eventually feel the crash. Self-mastery isn’t a ‘soft skill’—it is the hardware that runs the entire organization.”

Lead Yourself First provides a psychological roadmap for entrepreneurs and executives to:

    • Identify the “Internal OS”: Recognizing the subconscious patterns that dictate decision-making under stress.
    • Shift from Personality to Presence: Stepping away from personality-based leadership into the power of presence, awareness, and intention.
    • Cultivate “Conscious Leadership”: Aligning thoughts, emotions, and actions to foster environments of high accountability and innovation.

The release comes at a critical time for leadership in America. As hybrid work and AI integration redefine the workplace, Dr. Mays posits that “human-centric” leadership—rooted in deep awareness and clarity of purpose—is the only sustainable competitive advantage left.

Dr. Kevin Mays is an acclaimed executive coach and psychologist known for helping high achievers navigate the intersection of mental health and professional performance. His work has helped transform the cultures of mid-sized firms and Fortune 500 teams alike.

Lead Yourself First is now available on Amazon and all major book retailers. For more information on the “Internal OS” framework, visit maysleadership.com

  • “Authority grows when your voice enters other people’s audiences.”

“Authority grows when your voice enters other people’s audiences.”

    By Angel Tuccy

At 3:30 a.m., while most of the city was still asleep, my alarm clock went off.

Within an hour I would be sitting in a quiet radio studio, coffee in hand, preparing to go live. By 5:00 a.m., the red light would blink on and I’d be broadcasting across the airwaves,  interviewing entrepreneurs, authors, and experts who had something important to share with the world.

Over more than a decade in broadcasting, I hosted over 2,500 live broadcasts and interviewed more than 5,000 guests. I had a front-row seat to watch how visibility changes lives.

And during those years, I noticed a powerful pattern.

The guests who built lasting careers from their appearances,  the ones who kept getting invited back, who landed speaking engagements, media features, and consulting opportunities, almost always had one thing in common.

    They were published authors.

    The Ultimate Credibility Accelerator

Being a published author signals authority in a way few things can. Authors are invited to speak. Media outlets seek them out. Event planners choose them over equally qualified competitors.

A book sends a clear message to the world: this person went deep enough on a subject to write the guide.

But publishing a book is only the beginning.

The real visibility multiplier happens when you take that authority and intentionally share it across multiple platforms, reaching audiences and conversations you never could have accessed on your own.

Too often, brilliant experts, especially women, wait to be invited into the spotlight. But visibility rarely works that way. It grows when you intentionally step into the conversations already happening.

That realization led me to develop a framework for building consistent, compounding visibility.

The 2 APPLES a Week Framework

Apples stands for Articles, Podcasts, Press Releases, Live and Evergreen Events – five powerful stages where your expertise can reach audiences that already exist.

The principle is simple: instead of trying to build your audience from scratch every day, you step into spaces that already have attention and bring your expertise with you.

Commit to two APPLES per week and within ninety days you create what I call a visibility streak –  a consistent digital presence that begins to compound and grow on itself.

What starts as a few appearances quickly becomes momentum: interviews, articles, and conversations that continue working for you long after they are published.

    Articles

Unlike social media posts that disappear quickly in a crowded feed, articles live online for years. They are searchable. They can reach someone six months, or even six years, from now.

A powerful strategy is to think about the top five questions someone would ask before hiring a person like you. Write an article answering each one.

When potential clients search for those answers, you become the expert who shows up.

    Podcasts

Podcast listeners are among the most engaged audiences anywhere on the internet. They tune in while commuting, exercising, walking, or cooking dinner — giving your message focused attention for far longer than most media formats.

Appear on just two podcasts per week, and you could reach more than one hundred different audiences in a single year.

And because podcast episodes live indefinitely, the conversations you record today continue working for you long into the future.

    Press Releases

A single well-crafted press release can distribute your story across dozens of media outlets at once.

Journalists and media platforms are constantly looking for expert insights and fresh stories. You don’t need a large PR agency to begin. What you need is a newsworthy angle and the courage to put your voice into the world.

    Live Events

Digital visibility is powerful, but in-person connection creates something irreplaceable.

Some of the most meaningful collaborations, referrals, and lifelong partnerships begin in hallway conversations, networking breaks, and shared meals — not just on stages.

Whenever possible, show up in person.

    Evergreen Events

Recorded summits, webinars, and online conferences are always looking for expert speakers.

Each event places you in front of an audience that already trusts the host and is ready to learn. Even better, these appearances often lead to follow-on collaborations, partnerships, and speaking invitations that expand your reach even further.

    Start Your Visibility Streak Today

    Visibility doesn’t require more hustle.
It requires consistent, intentional action in the right places.

Visibility grows fastest when you stop trying to build your audience alone and start showing up in rooms where people are already listening.

Many opportunities are already inside your current network. People around you are hosting podcasts, organizing events, looking for contributors, and searching for expert voices.

The fastest path to greater visibility is often simply saying yes more often, and saying it with a strategy behind you.

Your voice deserves to be heard.

Start your visibility streak. Two APPLES this week. Two more next week.

Before long, the world won’t just hear your message; they’ll start looking for it.

  • How Thought Leaders Build Authority on Autopilot: The Pod-licity™ Method

How Thought Leaders Build Authority on Autopilot: The Pod-licity™ Method

Authority isn’t built in one moment; it’s built through momentum.

In today’s visibility-driven economy, the most trusted experts aren’t the ones posting the most content. They’re the ones showing up everywhere that matters with a clear, consistent message. That’s exactly what the Pod-licity™ Method was designed to do.

This proven approach helps thought leaders create authority on autopilot by combining three powerful pillars of visibility:

    1. Being a published author
    2. Getting booked on two podcasts a week
    3. Being featured in a monthly article or press release

Individually, each pillar builds credibility. Together, they create an ecosystem of influence that compounds month after month.

Pillar One: Published Author — The Foundation of Credibility

Being a published author instantly elevates perception.

A book is more than a product; it’s proof of leadership. It conveys clarity, expertise, and a commitment to the message. In the Pod-licity™ Method, authorship becomes the foundation that supports every other visibility opportunity.

    Your book:

    • Positions you as the expert before you ever speak
    • Opens doors to podcasts, stages, and media
    • Serves as a powerful conversation starter in interviews

Rather than treating a book as a one-time launch, the Pod-licity™ Method positions it as a long-term authority asset, one that fuels visibility and revenue long after publication.

Pillar Two: Two Podcasts a Week — Consistent Borrowed Authority

Podcast guesting is one of the fastest ways to build trust with new audiences. When you’re invited onto a podcast, you’re not pitching—you’re being endorsed.

The Pod-licity Method focuses on a simple yet powerful goal: conducting two podcast interviews per week.

    Why two?

    • It creates consistent visibility without burnout
    • It keeps your message top-of-mind across platforms
    • It allows your authority to compound through repetition

Each interview strengthens your positioning, expands your reach, and produces content you can repurpose into social posts, emails, and thought leadership assets. Over time, your voice becomes familiar—and familiarity builds trust.

Pillar Three: Monthly Features & Press — Visibility That Lasts

While podcasts create momentum, written features create permanence.

A monthly article or press release gives your message a home outside of social media and audio platforms. It allows your authority to be documented, indexed, and shared in ways that last far beyond a single interview.

    Through consistent written features, you:

    • Strengthen your digital footprint
    • Reinforce your expertise in print
    • Create assets that can be shared with media, partners, and event organizers

This pillar ensures that your visibility doesn’t disappear when the episode ends—it lives on.

The Power of the Pod-licity™ Ecosystem

The true magic of the Pod-licity™ Method is how these three pillars work together.

    Your book gives you credibility.
Your podcast interviews amplify your message.
Your articles and press releases solidify your authority.

Each element supports the others, creating a seamless system where visibility feels intentional—not exhausting.

Instead of chasing opportunities, you become the expert others seek out.

    Authority Without Overwhelm

The Pod-licity™ Method isn’t about doing more; it’s about doing what works.

    By focusing on:

    • One clear message
    • Consistent weekly visibility
    • Strategic monthly amplification

Thought leaders can build influence, trust, and opportunity without relying on trends, algorithms, or constant content creation.

    Authority Is Built by Design

In a crowded marketplace, authority doesn’t happen by accident; it happens by design.

The Pod-licity™ Method gives experts, authors, and leaders a repeatable path to visibility that compounds over time. It’s not about being everywhere; it’s about being seen in the right places, with the right message, consistently.

When you combine authorship, podcast visibility, and strategic media features, you don’t just build authority.

    You build a legacy.

Join the Pod-licity™ Community on Skool.

Inside the Pod-licity community, you’ll connect with authors, experts, and thought leaders who are actively:

    • Publishing books that open doors
    • Getting booked on podcasts consistently
    • Leveraging media features to grow their influence and income

This isn’t just a community—it’s an ecosystem designed to help your voice be heard, trusted, and remembered.

  • From Story to Stage: How Thought Leaders Turn Their Voice into Influence

From Story to Stage: How Thought Leaders Turn Their Voice into Influence

Every movement begins with a voice.
Not a logo. Not a funnel. A voice.

    Your Voice Matters.

Behind every powerful thought leader is their story. You can create so much more impact when you share your story, not like a résumé, but like a legacy. Not just what you’ve done but how you got here. The doubts, the pivots, the wins. The values that shaped you. The lessons you’d want passed down.

Share it so you can see how much your own story matters. Yet, too many brilliant leaders keep their message trapped in their heads.

    How Lucky Are You!

It’s your story, and it’s already inside of you.  And you don’t have to wait until you hit the pinnacle to unbury your notes, get your story on the page, and begin to share in memorable soundbites. Because sometimes we’re so focused on looking ahead, we forget to share what it took to build it.

If you want to go from someone who is chasing to someone who is followed, learn how share your story from a stage.

The Stage Is Bigger Than a Microphone

Today’s “stage” doesn’t always come with curtains and applause. It shows up in many forms:

    • Publishing your book
    • Podcast interviews
    • Virtual summits
    • Panels and roundtables
    • Workshops and masterminds
    • Articles, newsletters, and media features

Thought leaders who understand this stop waiting to be “chosen” and start showing up consistently where conversations are already happening.

Influence grows faster when your voice travels further than your calendar.

How You Do What You Do Is Not the Point—Transformation Is

Many aspiring thought leaders believe their influence comes from sharing how much they know or how impressive their story sounds. In reality, influence comes from how vulnerable and honest your story is.

    Your audience isn’t asking:

    • “What have you accomplished?”
      They’re asking:
    • “Can I relate to their struggle or path?”

The most powerful voices don’t tell stories to be admired—they tell stories to create connection. They frame their experience as a bridge, not a pedestal.

When your story reflects your audience’s struggle, vision, or next step, it stops being “your story” and becomes our story. That’s when influence begins.

Authority Is Built Before the Applause

Many people think the stage—whether it’s a keynote, podcast, panel, or media appearance—is where authority is created. In truth, authority is established before you ever step on it.

Thought leaders who command rooms do three things consistently:

    1. They own a clear message.
Not ten ideas. Not a rambling journey. One core belief they stand for.
    2. They repeat it relentlessly.
Across interviews, articles, talks, and conversations—refined, not recycled.
    3. They align their story with a result.
Their voice points toward action, not applause.

When your message is clear, the stage simply amplifies what’s already true.

    From Expert to Guide

One of the biggest shifts a thought leader must make is moving from expert to guide.

    Experts prove.
    Guides invite.

    Experts speak at people.
    Guides walk with them.

The most influential speakers don’t position themselves as the hero of the story. They position the audience as the hero—and themselves as the trusted guide who’s been there before.

This subtle shift transforms your voice from informative to influential.

    Message Before Marketing

One of the biggest mistakes thought leaders make is trying to market before they’ve clarified their message.

    Marketing amplifies clarity—or confusion.

Before pitching stages, podcasts, or media, ask:

    • What do I want to be known for?
    • What belief do I challenge?
    • What action do I want people to take after hearing me?

When your message is aligned, opportunities don’t feel like a hustle—they feel like a natural next step.

    Influence Is a Long Game

Turning your voice into influence isn’t about going viral or landing one big stage. It’s about consistency, alignment, and courage.

    Courage to:

    • Say the thing others won’t
    • Share the story that still feels vulnerable
    • Stand for something specific—even if it’s polarizing

The thought leaders who leave lasting impact aren’t the loudest voices in the room. They’re the clearest.

    From Story to Stage—and Beyond

Your story is not meant to stay on the page.
Your voice is not meant to stay small.

When you intentionally move from story to stage—sharing your message with clarity, purpose, and service—you don’t just build influence.

    You build trust.
    You build movement.
    You build legacy.

And that’s when your voice stops being just a story—and starts changing rooms, conversations, and lives.

How Every Community, Business & Municipality Can Access The Capital They Deserve

    By Julio Gonzalez

How to Unlock Billions in Funding and Democratize Opportunity for Communities, Entrepreneurs, and Changemakers

America is entering a new era—one defined not by scarcity, but by access.
Not by gatekeepers, but by pathways.
Not by entrenched privilege, but by the democratization of opportunity.

Yet for decades, the flow of funding—grants, incentives, public-private capital, and government-supported programs—has overwhelmingly favored the few:

    • Large institutions
    • Major corporations
    • Politically connected organizations
    • Entities with consultants, resources, and insider access

Meanwhile, the people who fuel America every single day—small business owners, nonprofits, minority entrepreneurs, women founders, rural communities, families, and local leaders—have been effectively excluded from the system.

    Not intentionally.
    But consistently.

Every year, billions of dollars in grant funding go unused.

Not because the need isn’t there.
Not because the problems aren’t real.
    But because access is broken.

    Families who need childcare support.
Small businesses are ready to expand.
    Nonprofits serving the homeless.
Minority entrepreneurs building foundations for growth.
    Cities that need clean water.
    Counties that need emergency infrastructure.

Too often, these groups never apply—not because they don’t qualify, but because the process feels confusing, intimidating, bureaucratic, or hidden behind layers of government language.
